I just can list 2 drummers that are the greater ones in my opinion: - Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) - Christian Meyer (Elio e le storie tese)I like Portnoy' s "way to play" because is aggressive, full of energy and always perfectly "on the beat". Moreover he is for sure one of the most creative drummer in all the hard and heavy panorama. As regards Meyer…I just need two words to describe him: eclectic, opportune.
